Hay I've owned several Invictas all of them but one my younger brother has and one went to a friend. So far no problems. But all were quartz and I just got tired of quartz and messing with batteries. LOL :D

But there have been allot of folks having problems like you. I just hope you get the watch back in great shape soon. ;)

I know I should probably have my head examined but, I took a chance on sunday and ordered an Invicta mechanical chrono.mistake.gif  The price was right and I liked the looks of the watch.  It will be my first invicta.  So far, I have only bought 1 watch that I wasnt happy with and it was an Adeekay.  So, I will say a prayer to the watch god that all goes well with this invicta.:?

Timba its unfortunate this had to happen. Hopefully your story will turn out ok with a repaired watch returned albeit after a lengthy period.

We have all heard the stories of poor customer service from Invicta. CS is clearly not a concern for them. Selling watches is.

We have all heard the stories of crappy QC. I've run into it myself with one of the watches which I think they got right losing a caseback screw the first day I wore it.

This makes buying Invicta a crapshoot. I really think they are capable of making a good inexpensive watch but have thus far failed to make much which puts them at the next level. Imho to reach that next level you must have stringent QC followed by exceptional CS. We all know nothing is perfect. But in many reported cases with this brand, many things are far from perfect and the customer is left to twist in the wind!

Regardless, I sincerely hope this turns out well for you Timba. Please keep us updated.

Just have to learn to resist the temptation to buy one... no matter how many flex pays they offer or how great that $1299 watch that they are offering with 5 flex pays of $29.99 might seem to be...
