I bought my wife this Rado Jubile for Christmas. It is a georgeous watch btw. She loves it, however. I noticed that it wasn't keeping time the way a watch of this calibre or (any quartz watch) for that matter. I decided to replace the battery. I opened the case-back and did what was necessary. Upon installing the last screw I noticed (or had already stripped) the screw-head. BUMMER!! I tried everything to find a new screw but no such luck. I then decided to email Rado and ask them if they would send me a replacement screw. That was two days ago. I just opened a letter from Rado and "How about that"?? There inside was 5, count them, 5 new screws. No charge either. Just thought you would like to know that Rado is definatley a company that cares!!  Have a nice week-end everyone!!  K;)

Certainly nice to hear that SOME watch companies actually understand the concept of "service after the sale"!

Could not have happened to a nicer guy also!

Thanks for sharing Kurt!
