Received two sweet watches from O today in another great transaction between 3T members. Thanks buddy! thankyou.gif I am really going to enjoy these.

I've been lusting the Accutron Astronaut LE for a while now and when this chance came up it was just a deal too good to pass up. What a great watch and overall package. #306/1000, Swiss made, eta 2893-2, my favorite complication GMT, domed sapphire, Buzz Aldrin 1/2 caseback 1/2 exhibition with a custom rotor, a great 42mm case with funky lugs and best of all the great Astronaut look. Bracelet is perfect (well done O) and conveniently sized to fit me perfectly!toon1.gif  A lot to like with this one imho. Thanks Oscar.

Q&Ds:

I've never had the pleasure of a Sammi and took this opportunity to grab an Orange Ti Sammi from O which will see heavy duty as a daily wearer and kick about watch. Feels very close to my Tutima on the wrist being lightweight yet having enough presence in the case and bracelet not to be featherweight. A great addition which satisfies my orange lust! TY O!!

Q&Ds:

Another great transaction between friends... always the best kind! Thanks to you, O!

Thanks for taking a look.

OK.

I think you should send me the Astronaut.

Skipdawg should send me his Robert Magnum glow dial.

And, OldCrowe should send me his Robert Magnum series 1.

Yup, that should do it. Thanks guys! toon1.gif

Two magnificent watches...used to have a Black SS Sammy, but it never got any wrist time...traded it to (would you believe) O!!!  The Orange has much more pizazz!

And the Astronaut...what can I say...fantastic!

Hey Pax-  what a nice twosome!

The Accu-Naut LE is a true collectible - IMHO, much more visually striking than the original, and all the better for it. And that red tipped GMT marker is the ant's pants. Is there any lume on that red marker? Wow - too modern to be called retro, but regardless, it is smack-bang up to date with your fave GMT movement.  Beautiful!

IMVHO the Seiko is no poor cousin to anything on the market - good lume, good wrist presence and unbreakable. I think you'll like it a lot.

Congratulations to you Pax - that LE is a true grail to many WISs. I hope it gives you a lot of pride to own it, and joy in wearing it!ThumbsUp02.gif

Thank you 3T. I got a little busy with the kids last evening and the Sammi was the perfect match. Today I'll give the Astronaut a test run. I realized it's the perfect match to my Eagle Pilot Buzz Aldrin model. Even cooler!snoopy1.gif
