 ...dial watch!!! This is a vintage SHEFFEILD Military watch with 17J hand-winding movt! It has 2 dials and the dial changes at 12pm and 12am.  See pics (from the seller) below:  This concept can also be found in vintage GRUEN AIR FLIGHT:  The GRUEN is retailed for $1,375 plus shipping in that minty condition! http://www.watchestobuy.com/newpage5.htm For mine, it is anyone's guess!  (Hush! I strike a little lottery recently!) Well....there is no exact value for vintage watches like most say.
