I was pleasently surprised when I opened the "Yellow Box" today. I think this is a very attractive and classy reissue of the original Executive. If you're into decorated movements though you will want to pass on this watch. The new Executives come with a plain undecorated Unitas movement. For me though I wear my watch with the dial facing outward to read time not look at the movement :):). Fit and finish is par for the course to the original Executives and is the same case design and look. I wish they would've spent the extra $20 on a sapphire crystal but oh well. I ordered one in each color so I will post other pics of those watches when I receive them which should be this week.

Glen............your picture is fantastic and, I must admit, the dial is much more attractive than I had thought from other crude pictures I had seen.  It is still a little busy and still more fashion forward than the classic look of the old model, nut, very nice, nevertheless!:dude:

The picture is awesome (again). The watch looks very good. I am surpised to hear that the movement is plain. How plain is it? I know I'd at least want the level of decoration that is in my Trias Backgammon for an extra $100. A picture of the back sometime would be fantastic. :dude:

They would have been better off to make it with an SS non-see-thru back.  It would have looked better than a totally unfinished movement, and it would not have reinforced how greedy they are!

No offense, NRG, but that undecorated movement is butt ugly. What were they thinking? Just bizarre.
