I already have my 2000 grit paper waiting for my Locman tomorrow. I will address the mirror finish withing the first few days as has been tradtiton with me.   I much prefer the "brushed" look. Wish me look. Pix will be up once I am done.

I am certainly crazy enough to attempt it. I have done it to all of my watches and it usually turns out great. It takes patience... Worse case I could polish it back up to a not quite so brilliant sheen. I think it looks great either way. But i prefer a more understated look. Makes the metal look more solid etc. ;)

I'd love to see this in a brushed finish too.

The only decent pics (without the reflection of the camera) I could get were from the back. Here's one:

I may only be able to fight to urge for a day or two and then....2000 grit it is.  I have this compulsion to remove sheen always.
