Today is a very traumatic day for me, and possibly others here.  For about a year now, every Sunday, I've been posting:  TT/Lines of Time schedule, for Sunday, 9 July/whatever.

With the death of WSS coming out of nowhere, I've been functioning in a fog.  Memories dating back to the days of Value Vision and Shop, when it was Tim and Lior and Judah and Wing and, did I mention Tim?

Any others of you remember:  our lovely and talented model? the soundproof box?  ahh-he (whatever the hell that was)?  potpourri?  knowledge being given? Eyal being held under control?  good humor?   Then, at WSS, his magnificent newsletters--you've read them and know the wealth of info each contained.

All gone.   Never to be seen again?  NONE of the other shopping channels, from slop to Q to HSN comes close to what we had at WSS.

No more Rick Kalina, fgs!  The "teminator/whoever" of August Steiner; Iberra from Oceanaut; Sammy from Gevril!!!!!!!  That was CLASS!!!!!!!!!!  That was superb learning in an entertaining way.

I am devastated.  It was bad enough to go without a watch show (meaning Tim) from 2004 until 14 February 2005, but to go through it a second time . . .

So, in my own little humble way:  at 6 p.m., E.T. (gee, I used to type that out for you guys), I'm going to have one minute of silence in memory of what was THE BEST home shopping had to offer.  I hope that some/a couple/one? of you will pause and think of what was--just a week ago.  :( :( :(

I talk too much, I know--don't care........fire me.

No Lines of Time = the end of 3 days/nights of the week as I knew them.

:(Will there be a Memorial Service?

My condolences of course.

"TIME" heals all wounds.

R. I. P.  WSS.....................

Do you believe in reincarnation?

My deepest sympathy.

Hang in there T.  It sure was strange not going in to work last night.  I wish Tim were here.  He's still on vacation.  He doesn't have any idea what has happened.
