Janelle works at Red Lobster so she didnt get home till later tonight. A fellow was talking about crawfish and it got me to thinking. I went to the store and bought some things and cooked us a dinner date at home. First dish is lobster, mussels and king crab legs. A bottle of Lindemans Fromboise (Raspberry) Lambic to drink. 2nd is baby red potatoes, corn on the cob, (crawfish boil staples) and jubo butterflied shrimp cooked in a butter garlic sauce garnished with parsley. Those 2 plates are just for one person. Needless to say we couldnt finish it all. All in all though, it turned out to be a nice eve.

Thanks guys! Janelle was telling me that last night at work, someone ordered an $86 lobster. It was close to 4 pounds. She was afraid to do the prepwork on it since it was so expensive. That must have been one heck of a meal. Hope they enjoyed it.
