Had the grill fired up again today.  Forgot to take a pic of the steaks on the grill.  Just took 2 steaks and marinated and grilled with a thick herb sauce.  Sauce contained olive oil, vinegar, finely chopped parsley, oregano, onion and garlic.  Then seasoned with salt, cayene and black pepper.

You have seen the skewers before, just shrimp and veggies with a garlic, butter herb sauce and  fresh asparagus out of the garden done in some olive oil and garlic salt.  I learned one thing.  Coat the asparagus with the oil BEFORE putting on the grill or you may have some flameage.

Hope you all enjoy looking at this stuff

Scott, the pictures of your grilled meal are amazing.  My stomach is growling just looking at them and I'm not hungry at this time!  You really should consider opening a restaurant, Bon Apatite

Thanks guys.  I cant take all the credit.  My wife has a degree in culinary arts and food service managment so she helps me out.  I think I enjoy cooking more than she though.  She hates to come home and cook after cooking all day at work.    Just like I used to love working on cars till I started doing it for a living.  Now I hate it. mistake.gif

Sounds good!  I will have to give that a try.  We probably have about 10 pounds of asparagus to get rid of so I need lots of recipies.
