Hi BBQ'd tonight,leg of lamb,covered in mustard,garlic,sprigs of Rosemary and put on a bed of Mint leaves. Heres a good snack to start; Cover a plate with slices of mozzarella,cover with creme fraiche and sprinkle with salt,pepper lemon zest,chopped chillies and then drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on it and anything else you like! (i put chopped lemon mint leaves on it) Eat with fresh bread. Paul

I grill all the time this weekend I grilled some tri tip roast with a mustard and rock salt rub with steamed vegtables and last night grilled up some chickend served with Rice and salad.. yummmmmmmmmmmm
