Hi
BBQ'd tonight,leg of lamb,covered in mustard,garlic,sprigs of Rosemary and put on a bed of Mint leaves.
Heres a good snack to start;
Cover a plate with slices of mozzarella,cover with creme fraiche and sprinkle with salt,pepper lemon zest,chopped chillies and then drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on it and anything else you like! (i put chopped lemon mint leaves on it)
Eat with fresh bread.

Paul

That sounds great! You've got me thinking about lamb on the grill. I usually go Syrian style- on skewers.

Paul, looks like an interesting recipe. I'll pass this on to my wifeThumbsUp02.gif. I'm sure she'll try it, and my sons will dive in it, too.
