Well,  Got the charcoal grill our this past weekend.  So I will have to work on some new meals on the grill and get them posted.  Would also like to see what anyone else may have for tasty fare done on the grill.  I dont do any cooking in the house except for my chicken so now that the weather is getting nice its time to start "Grillin"

Nick you are cheating. Gas is for getting the fire started but not cooking....

I'm with you though buddy. The grill runs year round. I just shovel a path on the deck to it...ThumbsUp02.gif

strictly charcoal here with various wood chips....for anyone using coal I reccomend you go out and get a Weber Fire Starter!....no more starting fluid costs nor odor on your steaks.....you stuff some newspaper under it and light it atop your grill and in minutes the coals are white hot... just empty it into your grill for a nice even fire and enjoy....I love it! excellent.gif

Oscar, thats what I have and it works great.  No starter fluids used here. thumbsup.gif I use wood charcoal.  A local fellow makes it right here.  I get a big feed sack of it every year.  Cant say I am like Hank Hill...  His motto is "Taste the meat, not the heat."  I like the added flavor from the smoke.

I know it's cheating, but it is so damn easy to turn it on, and throw in the meat.

That sounds kind of weird
oh my.gif

My dad got me this for my birthday a few years back. Gas ignition, charcoal grilling. Nothing better imho.

The only thing that beats your setup, Mark, is a Big  Green Egg.

I may have to go check out one of those eggs. There is a dealer not far from me.  I bet they are pricey though.
