...fried in some olive oil with shallots makes for a fine saturday evening dish!

Chanterelle with smoked bacon and pasta tonight, lettuce hearts as a side:

Looks yummy chef!  Tonite was a lasagne from scratch using Paula Deen's (Food Network) recipe...



followed by some German chocolate cupcakes...
