Maybe the Vortex was 100% made in Germany, and the Pro isn't?

But then again on the other hand, I didnt buy my Vortex to impress anyone. I know Fricker made the case in Germany, and I love the watch. I see that since the word "professional" has been added, the word "automatic" has been moved up under DIEVAS. I don't like that. But never thought about it before, and see no need of the word *automatic* being on the dial in any case. Both watches look dang nice.

The Vortex Professional is still Made in Germany the the highest of Dievas standard.

We left the Made in Germany word out this time round after much contemplation. Do you guys think we should have it back?

Sincerely
Anders

Hi Anders, Just my opinion on this. I think having the "Made in Germany" on the dial, adds to the overall prestige of the timepiece, especially when you are displaying it (showing it off) to other watch enthusiasts.

I for one would really like it back on the dial. I would wait for the next edition to have it.

+1 ! A Fricker case deserve it... It may be a little detail for somes but I guess that at the end, it's all coming down to the "Swiss Made" principle: It's a prestige and a selling attribute.
For me Andrers, the real "Made in Germany" stample you are using(not the "Germany" one who's on the 100buks Chinese models selling all over the net) says in fact "Made, finished and assembled by serious and professional people, taking the time to have it done right...NOT under-paid chain-workers assembling watches after 1 week formation in a dusty Hong-Kong random fabric"
The Chineses may produce some good parts but the watch assembling never impressed me.
