Before you get too excited about this design, bear in mind that we went WAY into debt to make the Magellan and won't be starting a new project until we're debt free. However, this is the design we'll probably be making next. Hope you like it. We tried it as a 3 hand design as well and it just didn't look right. All the dials are anodized, case is 44mm excluding crown, bezel is 45mm. 500m WR.

I like the simple elegance of the dial with just enough writing so it's not too bare not too busy. I really like the blue and silver versions with the red GMT, looks good? Does it have apples indices? Hard to tell on my phone. Like the 24hr chapter at the edge if the dial. Case has interesting shapes on the sides... The one thing that bothers me because I like symetric things is the date at 3 where the 3 o clock marker would be.
I can definitely see myself wearing one.

I know that the GMT seems to be attractive for the US citizen because you have different timezones in your country but honnestly, for me and others who don't travel outland constantly, it's of no use.
Not everybody have a jet-set life or familly in different timezones...

I like the design very much, and do use GMT watches as I have family in Canada. I agree with Jeep99dad would prefer the date to be between the 4 & 5 so the dial can have the complete set of lume dots.ThumbsUp02.gif

I really like it! In fact, I'm having a hard time deciding which color combination I like best. I will say that I agree that the date between 4:00 and 5:00 would be my preference, but it's not enough of an issue to keep me from being attracted to the design. Any idea yet as to the price point?

I know that Matt went back and forth between the date at 4:30 and at 3. I'll have him post his reasoning when he gets back.

We really don't know what the cost would be yet as we won't know our cost until we are ready to make it.

Well the design is a definite winner! Wouldn't happen to have a side view you could post, do you?

Not yet. We have some ideas but we can't do anything until the Magellan sells out.
