Page 34, bottom right... in the mysterious catalog of watch cases that I have never seen. sorry, not trying to sound smart here, but I have not yet seen a catalog of watch cases at the office in Hong Kong. I have seen a catalog of hands and it is nearly 4 inches thick with thousands of hands to look at.

As for our cases it always starts with ideas and discussions. There is no need to reinvent the sub case, so we talk about what we want to do with it... bring the lugs in more, remove the crown guards, round off the end of the lugs, add a polished edge between the top of the case and the side, brush the bezel for better grip, add a lume bezel insert... these discussions are how we came up with the case.

The reason I ask is because it looks like a better quality version with adjustments such as screw down crown, domed crystal etc of the case I have for my Mees and Co dive watch.

This production is 100 pieces. We will continue the production if the demand is there. We are also looking into a future GMT model.

I had never heard of that brand, I just looked it up. Is it a 42mm case? I see differences in it right away, but yes it looks like a sub case also.

Erm...yeah I was saying that everything in the Raven seems to be better quality I believe. I was pointing out the case and possible the crown, with the lack of crown guards makes it look like a similar case, hence asking if this was an modified catalogue case used for the Raven mistake.gif

Let me just answer, and give away more proprietary information. The factories do not keep cases on a shelf, and pull them off to to make watches, at least not in my experience with our watches and our factory. We discuss the watch with the factory, we get engineering specs of the case, we make changes, we discuss the dial and hands, we get drawings from the factory, we discuss changes. Then we begin production, this involves making these cases from steel bars, not taking some case off some shelf.

OKay, I have news that we had a short delay but they should be shipping to me at the end of this week. That means they should arrive by Monday. I will need to sort and inspect them when they arrive and then build the web pages for the purchase opportunity. I will try and make an HD close up video of the head piece today. I still do not have a bracelet here to show, they will arrive with the watches.
