 Kenzo Takada is the fashion designer who introduce the fashion brand name K:::::.
He sold it to the LVMH company.
As you can see his first name is K::::: not like me, my last name is Kenzo.

Later he tried to register his full name, this was denied because LVMH protested.


Sure K::::: is registered for "Classes 14" which includes , juweliery and watches etc.
this classes are widly definied.
so there is not a class only for watches.
as they did not use it for watches i thought there is no problem.

also i never named my watches like my last name. you can see i did not printed on case or dial.

my only mistake was using it on my website domain.....
and used my last name on the header of my old website.

nevertheless i now look in the future. pay for my mistakes to be naive.
