Read the Sticky in this section above "What Swiss Made Means":)....Swiss Made on a Caseback Only Generally Means the Caseback is Swiss Made :P and the 50% Statement Pretains to the Whole Watch as Long as the Movements Components is 50% Swiss and it is cased/assembled in Switzerland.....:D..This subject has been discussed at length here several times...as I mentioned a description of Movements w/pics is in the Catalogue Cheeps has posted in the reply I mention here...Order it and Many will be Surprised :P The Swiss Game has been Played out in several scenarios over the Years the only Way to know what You are getting is to Buy Purebreds like Jean Marcel....100% of that Brand as well as all it's components is Swiss Made ..others like Patek,Rolex,etc. are the same and the list Goes on...My Vintage Hamiltons all say Swiss or Swiss made on the Dial and Movement...anywhere else is a Crap Shoot IMHO:)
According to the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH, "Swiss Made" and "Swiss" mean the same thing. :)

Both can contain up to 50% non-Swiss parts by value, but must be assembled and inspected in Switzerland.
