Called the Corporate headquarters in Virgina this morning at 8:00am MST. Told them the proble..........mentioned "bait & switch" to them....read the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act to them (A.R.S 44-1521 through 44-1534). At 11:00am MST I got a call from the local store manager apologizing for the "misunderstanding" and the poor service I had received and, of course, "What time would you like to come in so that I can personally insure that you get the product as advertised, sir?" I think the Regional VP got his ass kicked about 10:00am MST! coyote2.gif
