...this thread has been educational imho,and to further educate let's break it down to what started this all,"Price"...the price of the watch is 2290.euros,which to the euro community is a pretty fair price,it is only when broken down to dollars that some seem to believe it is high?
Kazim has nothing to do with the conversion rate,nor the suffering dollar to euro situation,and right now the euro is high,so why condemn him for this? In this hobby we need to look at it from a World position,and as far as rising costs for premium watches,well, we have seen them sky rocket over the years.Germany is one of the most expensive Countries to do business in,and the watch business is not exempt...shipping from Germany is expensive,taxes are high,and skilled labor is higher,so expect to pay more.
