Hi there, I have a Dievas Focal (#114), and am based in Melbourne. My dealer, Watchtime, no longer handles Dievas, and they are no longer able to help with repairs. And the watch is out of warranty. I am looking to source a couple of bezel/ratchet springs, as this is the only thing that has failed over time. My watchmaker has fixed things best as possible for now, but I'd like some new springs. I'm not having any luck emailing info@dievas.com (no replies), and I'd like some kind of customer service on this issue. Anyone else have any leads? Thanks, Andrew
