The Kazimon Eins/Kazi 100 LE #0003 arrived today and I am impressed at it's awesome vintage German styling and overall quality....once again Kenzo has created a truly unique watch...TY Kazim! thankyou.gif

...at 38.5 mm it is a classic size which by todays standards would be considered small but my admiration for classic dress/sport watches has me in awe as the Eins plays much larger due to the stark white dial imho...the case and buckle have a sweet bead blasted yet very satinlike finish with a niceley padded leather strap and the slate grey hands and markers along with the use of red are just something that once again is unique and just adds to the beauty of this watch, not to mention the almost unnoticeable sapphire crystal and eta 2824 which glides the red second hand effortlessly across the dial and the signature Kazimon X caseback! perfect.gif

...The lume dial is very impressive and it has a soft irridescent almost see through ice blue finish that borders on turqouise glowing wonderfully bright and once again like nothing I have seen used before...all in all the Kazimon Eins is a truly magnificent watch which I will mount on a nice grey ostrich and will be my Christmas day watch ! yahoo.gif

TY gang! hand6.gif...it is really a sweet watch and size on this one doesn't matter to me as it looks awesome...the grey hands and markers show up a shade darker in my pics and hopefully i'll get some kind of sun later to really show the beauty of this watch...I switched it to the grey ostrich and will takes some more pics later cause' it gives the watch a whole new look to it...I will take some pics alongside some larger watches as it really does play larger woohoo.gif

Small watches are not my favorite but that is a beauty.

I like the dial alot, has some very detailed details, thats one of those dials that when your developing it you have to say to yourself where do I stop.

Good Job on that one.

TY Skip and Huck hand6.gif

...Hucky you hit the nail on the head Buddy...the dial is one of those that are just mesmerizing but then the whole watch just works well together and it is seen that Kenzo put some time and thought behind this one just like his divers...and btw the Kazi 100 has a screw down crown and 100m water resistant! yourock.gif

....Here is a shot  that gives a better idea as to color which I am really liking!....Later this evening I will break out the light tent and better cam for some detailed shots...TY again but Kazim deserves all the accolades for this watch which I am glad I added to my Kazimon collection yahoo.gif

That is definitely sweet.  Wish it was in the 40-42mm range though.  Oscar can you maybe post a comparison shot next to a Marathon SAR/GSAR/TSAR by chance?  If I remember correctly those watches are fairly small, 41mm I think.  Would love to see how the EINS stacks up next to it.

I have no issues with the size.  That is a very beautiful watch, and is mounting a very strong case for part of my bonus (which I am really expecting to receive for being a really good boy this year i.e. didn't yell at clients, didn't undercut suppliers, didn't scream at designers...much).

Very envious of you, "O".

Jonathan

I also try to stay away from that 38mm range but, that one certainly does appear larger in the pics....Very fine lookin' watch!!

Wonderful looking Kazimon. Love the classic styling. I do wish it had just a few more mm to it, though...;)

Ty Guys! hand6.gif I have really warmed up to the size even after wearing 43+mm watches over the past few months....the design, colors and awesome lume dial are what really draw me to the Kazi 100...below is a comparison pic so you all can get an idea of how the size plays cat28.gif

to the left is a 39mm Sinn chrono 43mm with crown,...in the middle is the 38.5mm Eins 42.5mm with the crown...to the right is a Ventura which runs a bit over 40mm and 42.5mm with the crown...The Kazimon Eins is the thinnest of the 3 as well watch2.gif

Hey, I recognize that 256TA!! Seems a good size but as you said when you have become accustomed to wearing Hucky-esque pieces...toon1.gif
