Can anyone compare the Monstrum size to the Sea Angler?  Are the cases the same size?  How 'bout a few comparision pics?  I'm thinking the Monstrum might be a bit big for my wrist.

the sea angler is 45mm and the monstrum is 47mm...

I decided to go for the monstrum...I love big chunky diver watches...and the monstrum is just like that...love the look of it..and I agree with you that is big...and not for everybody wrist...

The Monstrum was made from the Sea  Angler's case, the difference is the wider bezel, the crystal, and the crown, the lugs are also shaped differently.

47mm wide

55mm lugs to lugs

19mm thick

sapphire crystal

60 clicks rotating bezel.

Just thought maybe this would help you.

the exact measurements of the Monstrum are 47mm 9to3....51.5mm 10to4 including the crown 55mm lug to lug and 18mm thick due to the 5mm thick domed saph crystal....the case is styled after the Sea Angler but is slightly larger in size and is a sandblasted finish opposed to bead blasted on the Sea Angler....because of the new swivel strap the Monstrum conforms to the wrist nicely and should be no problem in size for you Biz imho even though the Monstrum is Larger in all departmentswatch2.gifI will take a pic of the Angler and Monstrum side by side for you later today Buddyhand6.gif

Q&D side by side...the Monstrum case is approximitely 1mm larger from side to side and lug to lug.....the major size difference is from 10 to 4 including the crown ...3 to 9 and thickness where the Monstrum has a size advantage of 2mm overall.watch2.gif

Thanks Oscar for the comparison pics.  Monstrum does look larger.  I was on the list for the Monstrum, but hesitating because I'm getting away from HUGE watches.  Sold my Enzo's and LM-3.  Not sure if I'll go with this one.  Guess I got spoiled by my Ball Master II Diver...fantastic watch.  Thanks again for posting the pics....very helpful.

HOLY COW its bigger than the sea angler ,cant wait.

After seeing the yellow seiko i think that would be a fantastic combo in an orsa .lots of yellow and a black band.

I will keep on with colour ideas until the mother of pearl is abandonded ,its just wrong. Sorry to rant but mop is fine for ladies but not for me. ThumbsUp02.gif
