The Boschett Reef Ranger is delight to look at ..the enamel dial is crisp and clean as are the Arabics and markers outlined in SS and filled with lume which are easily visible...the bezel is smooth and ratchets beautifully yet locks in place tight with no play and as well as the dial the numerals are easily visible on the bezel that has a unique shape that is very appealing to the eye.....

The signed crown is a added feature that all WIS enjoy and winding the Reef Ranger is smooth as is the entire operation from unscrewing the crown to setting the date and time...simply Awesome ...the attention to detail is seen through the watch....

The fit and finish is amazing as this is a proto in my possession and the contrast of the brushed satin finish on the case.... bracelet and bezel only compliment the high polished case sides...one of this reviewers favorite combinations....

The Reef Ranger has a incredible SS chapter ring which only highlights the awesome dial and the use of screwed in links on the bracelet is a favotite among WIS who size their own ....not to mention it  also has a divers extension and uses the higher end scissor stlye divers clasp .....300m/1000ft water restistance makes this a true diver in every sense of the word and you can see the refelction of the smooth second hand radiate off the sweet enameled dial as well as the thickness of the cyclops which allows a greater and easier view of the date....

The caseback is thick and screwed in protecting the Gilded eta 2824-2 and is lazer engraved with the Boschett brand name and logo as well as the watches features and "Swiss Made" as on the dial....the solid end links are of the extended ear variety a nice addition as the bracelet is held firmly in place with no movement and a sense of security that all divers or landlubbers alike can appreciate whether in the water or on land ....

Once again from a different view you can see the beauty of the Reef Ranger and the high magnification of the date due to the higher end cyclops used.... the use of the o-ring on the screw tube is a nice feature and again added security as to the water resistancy of the watch...the second hand glides effortlessly across the dial....

A little closer look reveals the o-ring and the highlighted date window ..two features not found on many watches in this price range...not only does it have these items but a high quality sapphire crystal and it is truly"Swiss Made" and to those of us who have come to find that this a huge factor in purchasing a watch that means quality, beauty, reliability and longevity it is a true pleasure to find it at a price range all can afford and enjoy imho...the Reef Ranger is a winner in all categories in my opinion and I for one can not wait for the release and seeing the other colors available in person...

Last but not least it is on the wrist where the Reef Ranger truly belongs....it is a Awesome beauty and a best buy for any watch especially for one that is "Swiss Made"....TY to Keith for the loan of the watch. I look forward to owning a black dial Reef Ranger as well as one of the colored version upon their release! Keith you built a Awesome and affordable Swiss Made watch....TY!

This is such a sweet looking watch--love the sharp-edged look of the hands and the hour markers! Looking forward for the call that they are ready to purchase.

I am rather looking forward to the Orange one myself... with black outlined hands and markers...

I wonder if the cyclops can be removed easily?

Maybe it can be ordered without the cyclops?

Not at the moment, sorry.  But I'm strongly considering it for the future.
