Not to rub salt in the wound, but INVICTA SUCKS! I have had bad experience with their customer service, although I do have some good watches from their early years (which I am getting ready to unload just because I can't stand looking at the Invicta name).

Hey I think you guys got it all wrong Eyal said the other night, they (invicta) are flagship top major watch company and bar none they have the best customer service in the world. They have the best watches in the world and I think you guys are all in denial, you guys are just jealous that you don't get to host shoppp. You guys have to stop this hatred it's not going to get you guys anywhere. I really think you all should apologize right now and call invicta and say your sorry, I mean you guys should be ashamed of your-selfs talking like this. It's like once a month you guys do this, it's not good for your mental health. I can tell deep down you guys really dig Invicta...Just call and say I'm sorry.

I just got off the phone after attempting to call Invicta and apologize. First I was on hold for 20 minutes, then I got transferred seven times and finally they hung up on me. Boy am I ever SORRY...
