Arbutus New York? The guy that has these up on "Buy it Now" on eBay claims they always lose their shirt when they put these on an auction; but not bad for around $95. Sure has a nice decorated movement, and I like the color...and it's a regulator.

The other is Louis Bolle; very nice-looking open balance.

I have had the silver version of that Louis Bolle watch for a couple of years. It won't win any awards, but it is a good watch for the money.
