Janelle works at Red Lobster so she didnt get home till later tonight.  A fellow was talking about crawfish and it got me to thinking.  I went to the store and bought some things and cooked us a dinner date at home.  First dish is lobster, mussels and king crab legs.  A bottle of Lindemans Fromboise (Raspberry) Lambic to drink.  2nd is baby red potatoes, corn on the cob, (crawfish boil staples)  and jubo butterflied shrimp cooked in a butter garlic sauce garnished with parsley.  Those 2 plates are just for one person.  Needless to say we couldnt finish it all.  All in all though, it turned out to be a nice eve.  Thumbsup3.gif

Thanks Hucky!  It just made Janelle happy that she didnt have to cook when she got home from work.

Thanks guys!  Janelle was telling me that last night at work, someone ordered an $86 lobster.  It was close to 4 pounds.  She was afraid to do the prepwork on it since it was so expensive.  That must have been one heck of a meal.  Hope they enjoyed it.
