I usually go for the red meat, but does anybody want to share seafood ideas they use on the grill. Also the type of topping e.g. rub, baste etc. Been getting primed for the Memorial Day weekend. :)

Just did some shrimp and veggie kabobs on the grill sunday.  just cut up some fresh veggies in equal sizes and get some good sized shrimp.  Throw them on some skewers and throw em on the grill.  I baste the shrimp with a garlic-butter-herb sauce.  MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

We'll do some tenderloin and some beer brats this weekend for sure though those shrimp kebobs look yummy!!

I went the real easy route yesterday. Just grilled some hot dogs. Sunday had some grilled chicken at a neighbors. :)
