Thanks to Sonya from Gemoro in Edmonton, Alta for all her help in getting me this grail. I looked on the secondary market for quite a few months but couldn't find a better deal than this new one, with factory warranty...free sizing, etc etc.

The Breitling blue is always a joy to behold on the wrist, and IMO no model carries this colour off better than the venerable Chronomat series.  Great watch!

It's a beauty...makes me wanna take my old TT Windrider Chronomat (blue with gold subs) to the AD and get the missing "45" nib replaced!

My buddy just picked up a Breitling Black Bird and I resized the bracelet for him.  My first time holding a Breitling...I was impressed!

I am pretty sure I have seen it or something similar as a pinup poster before?
I have found myself admiring it too!

Oh ya that is a sweet Breitling too! I have always been afraid to buy one with so much polished steel though!

I would consider the Chronomat as a modern classic
watch and again congratulations on a fabulous
purchase.

Prices for such a pristine example would only
increase in value. This is a perfect moment to
buy,when prices are reasonable.

Cheers,
Simon

You are 100% correct my friend. AD's are desperate to make a deal right now. 18mths ago this watch was $900 more. I couldn't pass up the opportunity...
