Jim Skelton made me do it :P - lovely silver dial chrono quartz - SS bracelet is the nicest I've seen on a watch with this pricepoint.

Quick compare with my OGII 2638

I have been waiting a long time to get an automatic version. Oceanaut has been saying that it is coming. I really hope so. It's funny, Renato uses the same dial colors as Oceanaut. Newton & Sons has several different dial color choices. Every time I hear the shopping channel people talk about Renato I lose more and more respect for the salesperson. He either has no clue regarding his watches or is a complete liar. Either way it is a nice watch and deserves to be presented by someone who has some integrity.

Hi  Oscar & RandyG:

I'm still a novice on all the industry "complications". The watch looked attractive enough to pull the trigger.  It's a good hunk of stainless that I was attracted to. Daniel Mink? apparently is a lesser god among designers that I'm only now beginning to become familiar with. The bracelet is a very thick stainess screw link with butterfly clasp.  Significantly thicker than the Oceanaut Acqua Mariner I'm wearing right now. Looks like some comparison pictures of the bracelets might be interesting...

I do see a link with Oceanaut on many of the case and dial designs... from shopnbc / renato

This beast has an ETA  10 quartz movement - at least not a junk movement...

Oscar - you're right on difficult photography- looking at the watch through the camera - this Renato has some "unattractive" viewing angles. Foreground at too steep an angle makes the dial look disproportionately tiny... If those were the only shots available - I'm sure they wouldn't sell a one of them:P Dial texture with chrono registers are a nice contrast. OGII chrono with much different styling was a good comparison. Can't wait to measure up the Citizen eco-zilla next weel:P
