I decided that I would give entire bracelet a brushed finish. I think that it came out rather well.

Police Dog....1st, Welcome to 3T!

2nd...your math may be off...while the length of the closed bracelet itself is 185mm or 7.4 inches, when you figure in the diameter or lug to lug length of the typical 40mm (plus) watch head, usually 45+mm or 1.75 inches, it should damn near fit a 9-inch wrist!

Hope that helps!

Yes, math is not one of my strong points - I still have trouble explaining to my wife why none of the new watches I have purchased recently cost more than $100.;)

Thanks for the welcome! I was a fairly serious watch collector (Breguets, Pateks, IWC's, etc.) for quite a few years and then took about 8 years off to collect custom knives. Just lost interest in the high-end stuff. A month or so ago I fell off the wagon and started looking at watches again - but concentrating only on divers this time. And having a lot more fun than I did before!

That's great to hear...I used to collect hand forged knives many, many years ago.  Still have a few orginal hand forged Buck's and of course, 2 Randall's, circa 1967.

If you are concentraring on divers...check out the Orsa Sea Angler...it is an awesome 300M diver! :dude:
