As chef says, let's bake... Start off by making your favorite sugar cookie dough (that will make approx 30 cookies)...  Spread the dough out into a pizza shape on a pizza baking stone and bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350 deg F oven...  Remove from oven when golden brown and allow to cool...  You can use any fruits you would like, today we are using strawberries, kiwis, oranges, bananas and crushed pineapples...  Cut all of the fruit up into slices no thicker than 1/4"...  Take 8oz of softened cream cheese, mixed together with a cup of confectioner sugar, then spread evenly over the cooled cookie pizza...  Take the sliced fruit and lay out over the cream cheese mixture in an aesthetically pleasing pattern...  Slice, eat and enjoy...
