class="sitetextblack12_normal"Built with a rugged elegance, this diving timepiece by Swiss Legend will stand up to any test, whether on land or at sea. Featuring an undirectional bezel and water resistance to a depth of 3,300 feet, this Swiss Legend men's watch is an essential tool for divers. Solid stainless steel forms the 50-millimeter case, which is powered by automatic movement. Luminous indexes mark all hours -- an important feature for divers swimming in dark waters. A safety fold-over clasp with a push button keeps the sporty, stainless-steel band secure and an oversized date display at the four o'clock provides convenience. For a long-lasting performance, a sapphire dial window protects the navy-blue dial from accidental scratches. All watches include Swiss Legend travel winder and black rubber strap.

Very confusing ad. Describes the movement as an automatic and the detailed secsription calls it a Swiss chronograph quartz. Went to worldofwatches.com and they call it out as an ETA 2824 and at $899.00. Great price if it's a ETA.

Not a terrible price, I guess< on a "made for TV" watch (usually highly inflated MSRP)...but after the problems I had with shnoop delivering a watch DOA, and the aftermath of dealing with their non-responsive customer service, I can only say...

BUYER BEWARE...shnoop customer service sucks, and they don't care about you after the sale is made...perhaps they are owned by Invicta!

There are so many nice watches out there in that price range, especially in the pre-owned market...ie: my recently purchased VIXA Type 20, LNIB ETA 2824/DD2020 was $410 shipped.

Swiss Legend does not mean Swiss Made. Part are chinese and God knows where the watches are assembled.

mcwright wrote: Chinese legend?Actually thats funny. IMO, I believe he made a play on words without saying Swiss Made, made the make of the watch Swiss Legend. i know a guy that likes the wqtch says its big and comfortable to wear. I think its misleading advertisment.

I took the plunge and ordered one from Shnoop.com.  I will keep you posted with the results...399. for a Swiss ETA was just too tempting...the watch is selling for 899 at overstock.com currently so that a 500 discount if it is for real!  I will keep you posted once it arrives. Bouncy.gif
