I'll be heading for Vancouver, B.C. Monday morning for six days and need to decide on a watch for the duration. I have kinda' told myself I'm not bringing multiple watches and am going to "ride one horse" so to speak. I also think I want a GMT. Please help me decide. You might also think I am nuts for only brining one. Here are my pre-selections. Please feel free to comment and/or use the poll. Thanks for any and all input.:D

1 - Rolex GMT Master II

Pros:

It's a Rolex

Kickass GMT Movement

Cons:

Losing it or having it stolen though I would need to be jacked with some force to give this one up...

2 - Ocean 7 G1 GMT

Pros:

Rolex Stunt Watch

Ups WR

Cons:

Kinda of diver-ish for business

3 - Accutron Astronaut LE

Pros:

Kickass styling meets all needs

Cons:

??:D

4 - Doxa 750T Caribbean GMT

Pros:

Sweet Caribbean Colors

Sporty;)

Cons:

A bit bright and busy for business

There you have it. Thanks for having a look and thanks in advance for any input. Feel free to make any other suggestions...

Pax,

I think you answered the question yourself - no cons.  I voted #3 Accutron.

I would go with the Rolex if you are going on business.  Whoever you are dealing with may not know what the other brands are.  Wearing a Rolex gives the impression you are a successful businessman.  Like it or not, to the avereage joe, Rolex is the sign of success.   Just my opinion of course.  ;)

Accutron...yeah baby!!! Love that watch. It's dressy and sporty and if you run into any Boeing folks up from Seattle they will think you're a rock star.

Lotta good feedback here, 3T. Keep it coming please. And Keith, you are correct... I really didn't have any cons for the Astronaut... perhaps a touch staid, but really I think not!

Thanks for the input 3T brothers!

Though I like the Accutron,  I have to agree with Scott and Teddy;  Rolex for business, it's the one everybody relates to success.

I would go with the Ocean 7.  People in Vancouver are sophisticated, sports loving  and laid back so the Rolex would not impress them as much and is not a dress watch for business while the 7 would spark their interest.  The Accutron is GORGEOUS and I wish I had one but rather plain (more suited for a business meeting) while the Doxa is over the top.

Choice is yours, Ocean7 or Accutron.
