I would like to get a diving watch that I could also wear as my day-to-day watch. I would like it to look in the style of something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Citizen-Eco-Drive-Meter-Chronograph-AT0660-56E/dp/B0019KBD3I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=watches&qid=1239604705&sr=8-1 I want it to have the following features: - timers to measure time - calendar - depth gauge to measure how deep I am (this is the feature I am not finding on these types of watches) Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!!!

Hi Mediame. Maybe the 3Ts can give you more comprehensive inputs if you were to include a budget for your intended watch.....just my opinion. Regards.

That is about as much as I would like to spend, $300ish. 1. Anyone know where there might reviews of it? What did the poster think of it? 2. Any idea how big it is? 3. How difficult is it to swap out the black band with a matching stainless steel band? Thanks!

Also, is it a problem to go swimming with one of these watches in a pool with chlorine? Thanks again!

I think the watch Paxman suggested would be more suited to be used as an actual dive watch. The watch you had a link to is more of a 'dress diver' I believe. Here are a few pics of mine on a Hadly-Roma SS bracelet and OEM rubber. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited on Sun May 3rd, 2009 07:20 pm by valvestem |

If your liking that at Amazon check out this page and see if you can find one you like at a better price. Great place to shop if in the USA ;) http://www.bluedial.com/citizen-watch-men-eco-drive.htm

Hi Valvestream, Is the watch that you are wearing in that pic of a Citizen Aqualand Eco-Drive Dive Watch BJ2000-09E? Where did you get your band? Thanks valvestem wrote: I think the watch Paxman suggested would be more suited to be used as an actual dive watch. The watch you had a link to is more of a 'dress diver' I believe.

mediame wrote: Hi Valvestream, Yes it is a Citizen BJ2000-09E The watch bracelet came from here: http://www.globalwatchband.com/group/59 The watch is nice, solid, & well made. No worries about winding with the Eco-Drive. It is a smaller size than most currently populuar diver watches, but fills my 8.5" wrist quite well.
