Baseball's American League was founded (1900)

Those were better days

One game didn't last 3+ hrs.

The pitcher wound up and delivered.....unlike now, if you know what I mean

Tony I do not know what happened back in 1900, but I know 106 years later that day is CHINESE LUNAR NEW YEAR!!!!

AKA, TET............................had a TET party one time...............I celebrated it near the former Pearl of the Orient!!!  hehehe  Lot of fireworks, as I recall! :P  Fun...........but mentally and physically exhausting!

Pearl of the Orient??? You mean Hong Kong??? Yes it is the biggest celebration for the chinese!!! Damn I missed that for 3 years in a row!!!!:(:(:(:( Now I celebrate funny days like names celebrations!!!!

No ...................it was north of a city called  Saigon, now known as Ho Chi Minh City!:shock:  Lot of fireworks...........I mean......A LOT!!!!
