Yep, it arrived this morning smile8.gif

First off, thanks to Ralf and his excellent service and support over the last month since I ordered ThumbsUp02.gif

I tried the watch on all three straps. The bracelet with double deployment is a perfect fit for me with absolutely no link changes. The leather strap, or "half-a-cow" as I now call it, is huuuuuuge. Rubber strap is very comfy also. I purchased a black nato and tried that on with it, and it was very comfy also.

I have it on as I type on the bracelet with double deployment. Probably won't even swap it to the regular deployment as it's such a good fit perfect.gif

Here's the pics of mine, lot off them, but they all look good and don't do the watch justice:

Unpacking:

Yep, it's my one:

On Bracelet:

On Leather:

On Rubber:

On Nato:

Thanks for looking,

Cheers, Andy

Great shots!

Thats the first time I've seen a case back in PVD... It looks great!

WHY HASNT MINE ARRIVED YET?!

Oh well, I guess it can wait for tomorrow - was just looking forward to taking it swimming after work tonight.

Thanks for sharing guys.

Where are you both based in the UK? Just interested where the Sea Devils are taking over on this side of the Atlantic.

I'm in sunny Bristol which is very cloudy today! I was born in Dudley though. Small world!

So what are your first impressions on the watch? Good? Bad? Any annoying things?

Tom

Ventura, really nice pics and the all black combo is sweet. That strap just tops it off perfectly

Tommm, I'm down on the south coast, in Portsmouth. Something that I have noticed in only a few hours is how heavy it is, or in my case, how light it is :D.

I'm 6'7" tall, 18 stone, and the watch isn't really that heavy, I reckon my old Oakley GMT is actually heavier. Can't compare exactly at the moment as the GMT is out for repair. But the SD still a good weight, and you know it's on your wrist when it's on the bracelet ;)

One thing to really admire about the watch is how clear the dial is, yes it's a big dial, but even so, it is very clear to see the time easily. The PVD, blue dial, orange hand, and white markers are a great combo

So far so good is my report. I've never been one to flip watches at all, and with this and my Sinn U1, they will be kept in regular rotation yourock.gif

The anticipation is killing me! Surely mine has to turn up today?!

I keep looking at these photos and they're just fuelling the fire!

It better not be some April Fool joke on me...
