hello and looks like a great site for conversation.

i've collected for about 25 years off and on. mostly rolex subs. but some graham, iwc, sinn, bell & ross, cartier, breitling etc.  and any that catch my fancy. once bitten it's hard to scratch the itch fully.

thanks,

michaelmc

i am working on that right now, using the wife's minolta.  and attempting to persuade her that a new D40X with attachments would work better for her work and then i could use it as needed.  she seems skeptical.

Cool.. and good luck on the new cam - I got one in yesterday and my daughter snagged it away from me.  I tried to tell my wife now I gotta go get another one, and she just gave me that...stare...   gives you shivers up and down the back - just like every time I get in a new watch...

Welcome aboard. 3T is a great place to be and sounds like you will fit in great.

I'm due for a new cam. I've had this digital for about 5 or 6 years and time for something much better and maybe smaller too. :)

But looking forward to seeing some of your watches. ;)

Hi michaelmc

I am only new here, too, but the conversation, the photographs, the friendly atmosphere and the knowledge around this site is excellent.

Enjoy your stay and be prepared for some clever responses and chat from people who are exactly like you and who seem to enjoy pretty much every aspect of the horological world.

Welcome!

IanM
