Here's the bottom line, Huck...tell the obnoxious, self-absorbed bitch that the next time her dog attacks yours or any other, you will do whatever it takes to stop the attack, and then you will hold the dog while calling the police!

As a matter of fact, if this is a public puppy park, you should report the incident as a possible vicious dog and park misuse, relating a description of the dog and it's owner ...it's almost mandatory, so that the next time it happens, won't be the "1st time"!

Hope your puppy is okay!
