And therein lies the problem...if she was not watching her dog then SHE was being irresponsible.  If she was not watching her dog then SHE has the responsibility to ascertain what happened before flying off the handle.  I am sick and tired of excuses for people shirking their personal responsibilities.

What's next...she had a bad childhood and her dog is acting out because of it?...BS...people make choices, and they are responsible for their choices...whether they and others are "man" enough to accept it or not!

...she was in the wrong and failed as a pet owner and as a person...to attempt to excuse her is incomprehensible to me!
