Yeah, I was alone. They also have a two-seater that you can go with a pro. You get to go faster, but I think that doing it myself was better. I went out alone, but had to follow the instructor. You have to follow a certain distance and if you don't get too close or don't fall too far behind, they know that you're comfortable and they will gradually increase speed. It was totally cool!
