I use the watchdeco site and another called fifty fathoms as guides. Just as there are many fakes of these watches, there are dozens of variants too. So I use my own photo records, review the photos on the above sites and ask some knowledgeable mates.

Thanks.  I found the same fifty fathoms site after a little google sleuthing.  I was amazed at the variants myself.
