When I was 12 yrs old my family and I went through the Agnes flood of 1972 in Wyoming Valley near Wilkes Barre, Pa. We were taken out of our house by boat. At that time it was the worst natural disaster in US history....That was 36 yrs ago this past June 23rd...seems like yesterday.,...I feel for those people......The flood of '93 almost killed my wife when she was a kid. Not by any flash floods but by a mosquito. Gave her a virus that nearly killed her. People don't even realize the dangers this kind of stuff brings besides the obvious threats. Really is gonna be a long summer.
