Im guessing that you figured out that the lug screws are 2 pieces, 1 long and 1 acts like a nut?  Remove the Nut piece and then the long piece will still be in the lug and strap, use a toothpick or a pin like skip said and push it out. Work in a very contained area, cause it the nut takes off and they do, its a bitch to find and they are not magnetic. If you lose em, use a clean vacum and the empty the bag onto something clean and search.

If your using a leather strap on your angler your gonna have aligning problems as the strap head is  usually a bit thick and stubborn and aligning the lug holes with strap holes and getting the lug bolts on can be tricky at times.

Get to Home Depot or Lowes and buy yourself 1 of those Micro Screw driver kits or get onto a Website that sells watch tools and score some, having the right screwdrivers is key to not scratching the lugs.

Always try to work on a padded surface, I use a mouse pad and put the dial side down when doing straps that way If I scratch a lug its the back side not the front.

Im so careful I should of been a surgeon subtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif ON MILITARY TANKS subtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif

Good Luck
