 30 days is what both ETA and Miyota state as being a justation period for breaking in a watch/movement by wearing,winding daily for the movement to settle inhand6.gif

     If however you have a automatic watch that is running way too fast or slow and is very visible to you most WIS will say you have a problem and the watch needs servicing or returning.;)
