OK, so I'm a total noob on here and learning an astornomical amount from everyone everyday, thus I only just learned what 'hack' means and learned that Miyota 8215s don't hack which was disappointing to me.

Question, for watches whose second hands don't stop, how do you ever set the second hand? when it runs out of power? or does one not use a Miyota for perfectly calibrated seconds?

As always, your insight is appreciated.

... oh, and I even did a search this time before posting, but didn't find what I was looking for.
