 I just stumbled on this thread myself as well. I wish I'd been a member the last time I placed an order. I'll remember this for the next time. Great to know! :)

Anyway, for those of you who have a problem, I suggest calling and speaking with Doug (owner) directly. He's a really great guy and very accommodating. I'm sure he'll honor the coupon. He really enjoys talking with his customers and doing just about whatever it takes to keep them happy! woohoo.gif
