I encourage you to read it.  It takes into affect what truly matters in the business world; Total Cost of Ownership.  It really sheds some light into some dark corners.  There's a part of me that really thinks that pc's and the Microsoft operating system are designed to support a large base of Technical support businesses.  In Minnesota, Best Buy has a "Geek Squad" department built right into the store.  These pc's get so messed up by spyware and viruses that people who don't really know much have to take them in to get "paved" or "cleaned".  I believe that they're made to fail to sustain a secondary business.  There are probably MCSE's out there who are shuddering at the thought of pc's running the mac OS.
