I change my straps using either a 1.4mm or a 2.0mm Precision Screwdriver or the small blade of a Swiss Army knife!

I guess it all depends on what you are looking for...ready made or custom made. I'm usually a bracelet kinda guy, although some watches do call for straps. In that case, I like custom. For my money, the best price/performance ratio out there in the custom arena is Orb-Strap.com. Others here really like JnS Straps.
