I am STILL concerned that the original question posed may be a future pandemic just waiting to infect ALL THE REST OF US!
It just seems that immediately after the guy contracted hoof & mouth disease, he went silent!
Then the revelation that his voice was gone and the whisperings about "Mad Cow Disease"!
