I love the vintage look, and they don't wear as small as I thought they would. I have some smaller watches, a couple Zenos around 35mm and my vintage Accutrons are about the same, but after wearing 40+mm most of the time a smaller watch can feel a bit strange.
No problem with the HMT's fitting under a shirt cuff either, they are pretty thin even with a domed acrylic crystal.
